Produced in collaboration with the teachers and students at Hersleb High School and Tenthaus Oslo.

Each young person is an adventure - a possibility. What they contain and communicate depends on the situation and context they find themselves in. How does the institution shape them, and can they use their potential in the microcosmos they suddenly find themselves in.

In 1927 Consul general Peter Krag gave the “fresco-brothers” Alf Rolfsen, Per Krohg and Axel Revold the assignment to decorate the Hersleb school. As thematic motives the three artists chose different school subjects: Alf Rolfsen chose History, Per Krogh Nature, and Axel Revold Geography. These wall-paintings serves the project as a visual backdrop from Norwegian history. It is also the node from which Kogan's work has departed to search out connecting lines between the frescoes and the youths.
